The French manufacturer of auto parts announced the sale of its business in Russia:
"The French company Valeo agreed on the sale of the Russian power systems business of Avtoprilad NV and is waiting for the approval of the agreement by state authorities. Moreover, the company wants to retain the right to repurchase assets. French auto parts manufacturer Valeo announced on 10/31/2023 that it has signed an agreement to sell its assets for the production of thermal systems in Russia to NPK Avtopribor for an undisclosed amount.
